The 15th Conference of Former Secretaries of Defense: A round-table conference in front of a live audience at Pace Academy. The conference will be videotaped and edited into a television special shown on PBS, part of the Southern Center's Peabody Award-winning series of public affairs programming. Secretaries of Defense participating in the conference include: The Hon. Melvin R. Laird, The Hon. James Schlesinger, The Hon. Harold Brown, The Hon. Frank Carlucci, The Hon. William J.
