The International Issues Forum publishes position papers contributed by regular members to allow those interested to evaluate the nature and content of our discussions. The content of these papers do not reflect an official policy or view of the group but are intended to stimulate ideas and provoke reflection about these topics. We are open to any views, relevant to our current discussion topic, that any individual care to share with us during our regular discussions. Our only requirement is that you are courteous and respectful in sharing your opinions with our group. But as a word of caution, you need to be prepared well as the group is well informed and includes people from many backgrounds and with a broad base of experience. Position papers are prepared by regular members of the group. Anyone that has attended eight (8) meetings during a twelve (12) month period is eligible to present a position paper for publication. The group reserves the right to determine which position papers are accepted for publication.
